Leeds Bread Coop White Sourdough (not available from 9th-14th March incl)


Classic wheat and rye sourdough, slowly fermented to increase complexity of flavour. Versatile loaf with a crisp caramel crust and mild creamy tang. Best used fresh in sandwiches or as a side with soup, it is great toasted and keeps well for up to four days.


Ingredients – Wheat, Rye, Salt.
May contain trace amounts of mustard.
