Bleiker’s Smokehouse is a thriving family run business based in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. They use traditional curing and smoking techniques to produce an award winning range of products. We currently stock their traditional oak smoked Scottish salmon (which we also use in our sandwiches), naturally smoked kippers with no artificial colourings and their smoked mackerel- traditionally cured, slowly hot smoked over English oak and free from any artificial additives or preservatives.
