Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil - Made by Jennie and Adam on their farm in North Breckenholme near Malton. Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is a healthy and tasty alternative to other cooking oils and contains only half the saturated fat of olive oil.
Womersley’s Fruit and Herb Vinegars - From 1979, Martin and Aline Parsons used the produce they grew in their kitchen garden at Womersley in Yorkshire to make vinegars, dressings and jellies on the Aga at home. Martin had a flair for concocting deadly cocktails in his rakish youth and he put that creativity to good use with the vinegars and dressings he devised at Womersley Hall. These multi-award winning vinegars and dressings have been critically acclaimed throughout the UK and are made using only natural ingredients. We particularly love the lime, black pepper and lavender dressing and use it on all our cafe salad leaves.
Steenbergs organic spices - Steenbergs Organic is a family-run, business set up in 2003 by Axel and Sophie Steenberg in Ripon, North Yorkshire. The company provides fairtrade, organic products which are ethically sourced.
